Based on the guidelines of the CDC and orders from both Michigan and Wisconsin Governors, we have implemented the following temporary changes. *PICKUPS: ALL pickups will require scheduling an appointment so that we can stay within the parameters of the legal requirements due to Covid-19, and ALSO to protect YOU, and OUR STAFF. SHIPPING: Normal shipping procedures are in place. If you require shipping, please notify us prior to the auction ending and we will transport your items to our local 'Pack & Ship Store'. This is always a separate transaction between you and the shipper. NO CONTACT PAYMENT: No contact payment will be implemented. We will charge the card that you have on file with Auction Flex/HiBid for payment following the auction. Please be sure that your credit card information is up to date. If alternative payment is approved, we accept cash or a separate credit card. Please note the 15% buyer's fee applies to all purchases regardless of payment method. A 6% State Sales tax will be applied to all sales unless you present a sales tax exemption form. The credit card bidders choose to use for registration will be authorized at that time. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover ONLY. Credit card chargeback's will not be accepted. Auction Company reserves the right to request a different form of payment (wire transfer or check) for larger amounts. Please note that the merchandise must be pickup up during specified pickup times. There is no storage available. Buyers should bring their own moving personnel and equipment, if needed. If you would like to have your items shipped, you must notify the auction company within 24 hours of close of auction. Small items only are available for shipping and will be transported to a local 'Pack & Ship' Center. You will be contacted by the Pack & Ship facility and the shipping transaction and payment will be a separate transaction between you and them. Buyers are responsible for all packing, shipping and insurance costs. Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If You Do Not Pick-up Your Items on Specified Pickup Day and Time, Your Items Will Be Disposed Of or Resold At Our Discretion. Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will begin to close at specified times. Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC. Online Auctions feature a Soft Close. The Soft Close feature remains active until no further bids are received on an item within said items two minute closing window. When a bid is placed in the final two minutes of an item closing, the auction bidding will automatically be extended two minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction is scheduled to begin closing lots at 6:00PM and a bid is received at 5:59PM, the close time on that lot will automatically extend two minutes. The first item for the current auction is scheduled to close at 6:00PM CDT on June 16th. Items will close every fifteen seconds there after unless there is still active bidding on said item, in which case that specific items closing time will be extended the two minutes until all active bidding has ended. For Example: The second item will schedule to close at 6:00:15, the third item closes at 6:00:30 and so on and so forth until all items have closed. Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Menominee County, Michigan. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Menominee County, Michigan. Bidders who bid from offsite understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will begin to close at specified times. Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC. Online Auctions feature a Soft Close. The Soft Close feature remains active until no further bids are received on an item within said items two minute closing window. When a bid is placed in the final two minutes of an item closing, the auction bidding will automatically be extended two minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction is scheduled to begin closing lots at 6:00PM and a bid is received at 5:59PM, the close time on that lot will automatically extend two minutes. The first item for the current auction is scheduled to close at 6:00PM CDT on June 16th. Items will close every fifteen seconds there after unless there is still active bidding on said item, in which case that specific items closing time will be extended the two minutes until all active bidding has ended. For Example: The second item will schedule to close at 6:00:15, the third item closes at 6:00:30 and so on and so forth until all items have closed. Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Menominee County, Michigan. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Menominee County, Michigan. Bidders who bid from offsite understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the days of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyers may be required to pay any applicable state and local sales tax unless you have a resale number on file with Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC PRIOR TO THE SALE-NO EXCEPTIONS. Sales tax applies to the entire transaction including the buyer fee. In the event of failure of the online bidding system or other technical failure, Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction.
