Dress for Weather. Don't flip cigarette butts on street, driveway or ground, only in proper receptacle. Monthly lot rent for any winning bidder/ buyer starts effective approximately August 1, 2021.
It may be the winning bidder responsibility and requirement to take all paperwork to the Porter County &/or LaPorte County Treasurer's office to pay outstanding taxes on home(s) and obtain transfer of title permit. He/she/they will then take all issued paperwork to the Indiana BMV (Bureau of Motor Vehicles) to have title transferred into their (he/she or corporation) name.
Winning high bidder has 30 days after the auction to properly remove the home(s) off of Weatherstone Village &/or Ingram Manor grounds. This buyer is responsible to pay accruing lot rent starting effective August 1, 2021. Any site fees that become due is to be paid via Cashier's Check or Money Order to Weatherstone Village. Should the buyer remove the home(s) off grounds prior to August 1 , 2021, no lot rent will be charged/assessed.
** Contents and appurtenances may include (if any) all fixtures, appliances, furniture, TV's, curtains, drapes, mini blinds, and all other window treatments, and all other personal property located within said mobile home, all blocking, tie-downs, and set up materials, awnings, porches, skirting, steps, antennas, sheds, and all clothing, personal property and belongings therein or upon said lot.
Mask Required, Quantity of bidders inspecting inside a manufactured home at same time or inside Auction sales office site will be limited. We follow CDC guidelines and all local/state/federal mandates plus our own business practice standards. Please keep good distance from each other. Even if you are feeling good, but you believe you've possibly been in a Covid or flu exposure setting recently during this past month, don't make any Public Auction a spreader event as an asymptomatic carrier, it's better to stay put at home. Go to the circle around area for Ingram Manor Office & Sales Center building, a parking lot is on its north side. Note - 3 different & separately managed manufactured housing communities are sandwiched next to each other on the east side on County Line Road, starting with Camelot Estates, then Camelot Manor & the 3rd & furthest south is Ingram Manor - Ingram is the one you want to enter for this Public Auction.
