Terms and Conditions: Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must register with name, address, phone number, and email address. Winning Bidder Notification & Invoice: Shortly after the close of the auction winning bidders will receive an email with an invoice for your purchases attached. Please bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Payment: Pay for your merchandise with cash or good check at pick up during the designated time. Please have your check made out to Monticello 2nd Chance Fur Dogs. Designated Pick Up Time: Come to the school office to pay & pick-up your painting from Tuesday, May 25th thru Thursday, May 27th during school hours. Lots 1-92 will be at MIS & Lots 101-172 will be at MMS. Each school will be responsible for their own artwork. Shipping: We will gladly mail your purchase to you if you are from out of the area. Please call the office of Monticello Middle School at 870-367-4040 to let them know you will be mailing your payment and to get the mailing address for the school.

Lots 1-92 are portraits painted on 8 x 10 canvases & Lots 101-172 are painted on 14x18 canvases that can be framed. The money raised from this auction goes to buy puppy and adult dog food, collars, leashes, food & water bowls, food storage containers, towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, dog beds, crates, pens & toys.
