All items are sold AS-IS.
A 10% Buyers Premium applies to all bids to determine final selling price. For example, a winning bid of $100 will result in a selling price of $110.
All items must be removed on the load out date of June 3 between 2pm and 6pm. A sign up link will be emailed with you invoice at the conclusion of the auction. The home is selling and we need to move items out as quickly as possible. Shipping, and alternate pick-up dates are not an option.
Registered credit cards will be charged at the auction's conclusion. If you desire to pay in cash, or check you need to notify Leist Auctioneers at registration.
Cash, check and credit cards are accepted. Credit card transactions incur an additional 3% service charge.
