After the passing of her husband Art, Roberta Koutnik is downsizing items and selling her home within the Village of Bellaire. Art Koutnik was a well known resident of Bellaire serving as President of the Bellaire District Fire Department and Vice-President of Anchor Lamina. Art was a great pilot and is remembered for his meticulous nature. Roberta continues to live on her beloved farm in the area and remains very active.
