Auction Terms & Conditions * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion. * Applicable taxes * Buyer's premium rate charged (12.5%) for Internet Bidders. * Cash, Money Order, Wire Transfer, Check (with prior approval) Accepted. No credit card or digital payments will be accepted for coins & bullion * All purchases must be paid for (or contact with arrangements, such as the money order is in the mail) within 72 hours of auction's close. * Will ship for actual USPS postage cost (including insurance for parcels over $100.00) plus a $10 handling fee. Free shipping is available for purchases over $3,000.00 when dealing with parcels weighing less than 10 pounds. This does not apply to fine jewelry, coins or bullions - charges may be significantly different and based on information provided in auction notice/comments. *Absentee Bids will be bid in a competitive manner. Robert Wilson, Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse or not excecute any absentee bid at his own discretion. * Internet & Webcast Auctions: Robert Wilson, Auctioneer, reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. *When the auctioneer says sold, bangs the gavel or gives other such visual or verbal affirmation of an ended lot, the high bidder is responsible for purchase of the item *All items are considered with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise in advertisements or during announcements on the day of sale. *Auctioneer may remove a lot at any time up until and including the auction itself. *RESERVES: Each item may have a confidential minimum/reserve price established by Robert Wilson, Auctioneer. Robert Wilson, Auctioneer (or designated staff person) may bid on behalf of the consignor at the auction up to the reserve or minimum. If bids on a lot fail to reach the reserve, the lot will be "bought in." *All auction staff are allowed to bid on their own behalf unless otherwise noted *Please hold up your bid card for identification when Auctioneer says "SOLD". You will be responsible for all items charged to your bidder number. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid from a bidder whose conduct, actions, or comments are deemed not in the best interest of the auction, its consignors/sellers or bidders. *Announcements on the day of the auction sale take precedence over all written terms & conditions. *All Bidders must meet Auctioneer's qualifications to bid. Any Bidder who is not a client in good standing of the Auctioneer may be disqualified at Auctioneer's sole option and will not be awarded lots. Such determination may be made by Auctioneer in its sole and unlimited discretion, at any time prior to, during, or even after the close of the Auction. Auctioneer reserves the right to exclude any person from the auction. Any person participating or registering for the Auction agrees to be bound by and accepts these Terms and Conditions of Auction. This is Live & Internet auction. Internet Pre bidding will close at approximately 12:45 pm on Sunday, May 16, 2021. Internet bidders: please sign up before this time else you may not be able to particpate in the simulcast portion of the sale. In Person Absentee Bidding is also available by appointment.
