We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card and Etransfer. Your items will be charged to the credit card provided on the first Friday after the auction at 4 pm. If you prefer to pay with cash or debit, that option will be available when you pick up your items. 20% buyers premium and 5% GST applies to ALL sales Buyers premium will be reduced to 17% if buyer picks up thier items from our location, unless you fail to pick up your items by Friday at 4pm, then you will be charged 20%. No refunds will be given for items not picked up. All ITEMS are sold "as is" and where is. And lie at the purchaser's risk immediately Rick's Auction does not guarantee nor warranty any item. The items have been photographed and each purchaser shall be held to have Satisfied themselves as to the condition, identity & authenticity, and shall not be permitted to make any objections after the sale on any grounds. In all cases of dispute the auctioneer's decision shall be final. All goods are to be removed from the premises by the purchaser at the purchaser's sole risk and expense and the purchaser here by indemnifies and saves harmless the auctioneer and/ or the owner of the premises from each and every claim whatsoever which may arise by reason of the removal of the goods by the purchaser from the premises. The auctioneer will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever, and the lot or lots will be left at the sole risk of the purchaser. Items not picked up in the time specified by the auction will be resold. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Items must be picked up on the first Friday after the auction at 4:00 pm or they will be sold at the next auction. Shipping at the buyers expense can be arranged by sending an email requesting shipping or calling the office at 403-262-2900. We can ship anywhere in North America. USA shipping will be from 59484. If you have an out of town address and you want to pick up your items, please email or call us to let us know that you will be here in person, otherwise your items will be shipped at your cost. We will not arrange for shipping of furniture. If you purchase any large items, you have to arrange for shipping and packing of the large furniture items.

We will still be holding auctions as we are already online, but we will be very strict about curbside pickup only. PLEASE CALL US A 1/2 HOUR BEFORE YOU COME SO WE CAN HAVE YOUR ITEMS READY. We are open for limited viewing on Wednesday May 5. Please call before you come to make sure our warehouse isn't full LOCAL BUYERS: We will be open on Wednesday May 5 until 10:00pm if you want to pick up your purchases right away, otherwise, we are open Thursday 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 4 pm. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ITEMS REMOVED BY FRIDAY APRIL 9 AT 4:00 PM OR THEY WILL BE RESOLD. OUT OF TOWN BUYERS: If you have an out of town address we will assume you need shipping and your items will be packed and shipped to the address on your customer record. PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS ADDRESS IS CORRECT. If you do not require shipping make sure you call or email us to let us know or the items will be shipped.
