Auction Terms & Conditions TERMS OF SALE Payment Instructions: Following the close of the auction, invoices will be emailed to winning bidders. Bidders must inform the auction company if they require shipping on eligible items within 24 hours of receipt of invoice – a modified invoice will be generated reflecting estimated shipping and handling. Davis-McKee Auctions accepts Visa, Mastercard, approved check (certified funds preferred), money orders and cash. Local pick up is available by appointment. All items must be paid before pick up. Scheduling is available by calling 410-823-3993 or emailing DavisMcKeeAuctions@gmail.com. Items must be picked up during the scheduled window. Items left after 30 days following the close of the auction will be considered abandoned property, which will be disposed of by the auction company without liability to the defaulting bidder. Shipping Info.: Shipping eligibility is noted in each lot description. NOT ALL LOTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPPING, where special shipping arrangements and terms are indicated, please contact the Auction Company for details and restrictions.. After settlement of your bill, where shipping is requested by the bidder, eligible items will be shipped and insured via FedEx Ground or FedEx flat rate packaging when applicable; items must be insured for the value of the purchase price plus buyer’s premium. Where third party shipping is indicated, your items will be delivered to FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, 1924 York Rd, Timonium, MD 21093 where they will be prepared for shipping by FedEx staff.
