Terms: All items are AS-IS with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. All sales are final! Wisconsin Sales tax of 5.5% charged to all Wisconsin bidders (unless a resellers permit is presented). Winning bids will be charged a 10% buyers premium added to the bid. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Credit Cards will be charged an additional 3.5% fee for processing. For any total purchases exceeding $2000.00, we request payment via cashier's check or cash. Call 715.339.2097. All items must be paid in full before removal.
Items being shipped: We use UPS and USPS for shipping.
If you are having the item shipped you will be charged for shipping the item with the cost of shipping plus a $5 packaging fee for the first item and a $3 fee for each additional item above the cost of packaging material. If the item is large or needs additional handling (such as the large photographs), an additional handling fee will be charged. We do ship in-house for almost all items. We will also work with your third party shipper or pick up agent (within reason).
If you have a declined credit card, we will charge a $20 chase fee, unless you contact us with another form of payment within 24 hours (of decline) on business days.
If you are a no-show to the auction pick up, we will run your card and you forfeit the item(s). No Exceptions.

This is an estate auction for Patricia Mayer. This is one of the cleanest estates that we have ever done! There is fine furniture, a very nice lawn tractor, antiques and collectibles, and there is a large amount of like new clothing in XL.
The inspection is on Saturday, April 24th at 10am to noon at 969 Musky Ct. Medford, WI 54451. NOTE: There is road construction on the road leading to Musky Ct. off of Allman St.
The bidding ends on Sunday, April 25th with the first lots ending at 7pm and following. There is a soft close feature on this auction.
The strict pickup date is on Tuesday, April 27th from 11am to 6:00pm at 969 Musky Ct. Medford, WI 54451. NOTE: there is road construction on Allman and Shattuck. The road is closed (absolutely no traffic). So to pick up, you must go north of Medford on Hwy 13 to Jolly Rd. Go west on Jolly Rd for 1/2 mile. Take Shattuck Left to Musky Ct to the pickup. The house is closing ASAP.
