At the close of the sale, Jones Auction & Realty Service, LLC will charge the credit card used at the time of registration and send your receipt to the email address used to register in the auction. We will contact buyer if their credit card is declined for any reason and an alternate credit card can be used prior to pick up by calling our office at (920) 261-6820. Credit cards will be charged immediately following the close of the auction for the invoice total, internet premium and 5.5% WI sales tax. No items will be released until payment is made in full - No Exceptions. Visa or MasterCard for purchases up to and including $5,000 and wire transfers accepted, wire transfers will be assessed a $20 handling fee. Call for instructions if this is your preferred payment. At the close of the auction, Jones Auction & Realty Service, LLC will send out your receipt to the email address used to register. You will be charged for your purchase total, the 16% Internet Premium, the 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax, and any applicable transaction fees. Any items not picked up by the end of the day of the last scheduled pick-up time shall be forfeited by the buyer and will no longer be considered their property. However, the bidder shall still be responsible for the final bid price of the items that were bid on plus the 16% Internet Premium, the 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax, and any applicable transaction fees. NO REFUNDS will be given. PLEASE NOTE: A $25 service fee will be charged to any account whose credit card on file is declined and requires additional time and telephone contact to establish payment for merchandise. SHIPPING AVAILABILITY and OPTIONS: If you can not pick up during scheduled time, PLEASE DO NOT BID. We need to vacate the facility by the last scheduled pick up time. Local pick up is scheduled from 1:30PM to 5:30PM on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 and 9:30AM to Noon on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. We kindly ask that buyers wait on Jones Auction staff members to collect their items. Shipping is available at buyer's expense: 1. Select items, up to 70 pounds, will be available for shipping with all packaging and shipping charges the responsibility of the buyer. UPS shipments are insured for $100 and USPS shipments for $50 at no extra charge. Buyer is responsible for all packaging, handling fees and shipping costs. Your credit card on file will be charged for any shipping incurred costs. 3. We ship 7-10 business days after the close of the sale.
