Items Conditions All items are "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no returns, exchanges, buybacks or refunds. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read any description and HGWTllc recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. If no preview day is offered, please contact us to schedule a time. HGWTllc shall not be responsible for such errors as posting wrong photos for an item. If description does not match picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called out. Payment All invoices under $1000 will be charged to the card on file unless prior arrangements are made. Invoices in excess of $1000 must be paid by approved methods. All invoices will be sent out showing a 15% buyers premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Pick Up and Shipping Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at those slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate. We do not have alternate days. Breaching of Terms If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the terms & conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by Auction Company, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, and deficiencies and re-marketing expenses resulting from resale of the item(s) or property. Additional commission shall be due and payable.

This auction has a soft close beginning at 7:30 on Tuesday April 20th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from noon til 6 on Thursday April 22nd at thw shop There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all successful bids, and effective February 1st we will automatically charge the card on file for all invoices under $1000 UNLESS you arrange leave a note in in NOTES TO AUCTIONEER
