These procedures are subject to change at any time without notice due to recommendations from the CDC, State, or Local Government. : We will not allow anyone who is sick to pick up. You will be asked to reschedule for a later pick-up. The door will be locked when you arrive. Please look at the door when you arrive, there will be a phone number on it for you to text your name to tell us that you have arrived. Only one winning bidder with no more than 3 helpers will be allowed in at a time. We will take people in order of how they checked in. You will be asked to remain in your vehicle until we text you. We will expect the bidders to adhere to the CDC social distancing recommendations and asking bidders to maintain at least a 6 ft distance from our staff. We will try to move as many of your items to the overhead door as we can if the pick up is at our shop and will have you retrieve it from the dock if possible. Bring your own pen, as well will not provide pens because they can transfer the virus. Bring your own gloves, if you want them. After you sign your invoice we will take a picture of it, please take it with you. All pickups will have soap, water available. Please wash your hands upon entering an off-site location. At pickups at our warehouse, items (except large items like furniture) will be gathered for you and placed by an overhead door. You will pick up your items from the dock, and not be allowed in the office. While we are doing our best to ensure you and our safety. You are picking up at your own risk. We are sorry for any inconvenience but hope you understand our concern for your and our safety. BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is a 18% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction. If you do not receive an email or invoice please contact us before the listed pickup date/s and times so we can send you a 2nd invoice. This is the bidder's responsibility as we would not know if you had not received your invoice unless you informed us. By bidding in this auction you are agreeing to wear an mask at the pickup and do your best to maintain a 6 foot separation with others. You are also agreeing to accept all risk of COVID-19 associated with coming to the pickup. We can not assure any bidder that all the other bidders or our sellers do not have COVID-19.
