All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed. Buyers Premium: There is no Buyer Premium for this auction. Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Payment: Although you are required to register with a credit card, we do not "run" that card for payment. To pay with your card you must present the card in person or give the info over the phone. Otherwise, Pay for your merchandise with cash or good check at pick up during the designated time. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. GUNS: Guns must be paid for at Watson Gymnasium in Watson first, then picked-up with paid receipt and picture ID at Hunter's Refuge at 7013 Dollarway rd White Hall 870-247-9000. NO STRAW BIDS!! The registered bidder whose name is on the invoice must be the person who pays for and picks up the gun. You must have a paid receipt & picture ID to pick up your gun. Fundraising Auction put on by the Watson Community Development Corporation (WCDC). Funds raised from the auction go to benefit local causes. In 2020, the auction enabled The Chamber to support Local Scholarships, Boys & Girls Clubs, Schools, Animal Shelters, and was able to make renovations to the Watson Chamber building. Bidding will open at Noon on April 3rd. There will be a live preview April 6th from 4-7 p.m. Bidding Closes at 8pm April 9th. Shortly after the close, winning bidders will receive an email with an invoice attached.
