The removal will be on Monday, April 12th from 10-1PM at 822 Distribution Drive in Beavercreek, Ohio. Theodosia “Teddy” Nelson Westlake A graduate of Denison University, class of 1951 and A passionate musician, Teddy was an excellent pipe organist and pianist and accomplished musical director, who made a career out of teaching the piano. Teddy and Jim were founders of Granville’s Village Voices, more recently known as Vintage Voices. Teddy loved her country and honored the fearless men and women who help defend it. She and her husband Jim, a Navy veteran of WWII, were long-time active members of the Licking County Veterans Alliance, which they considered family. Teddy was active on the Meet and Greet committee at Kendal, where she and Jim lived since 2007, and where until recently she also coordinated and often performed in musical programs and church services. She and Jim were former members of Granville Couples Golf and Granville Golf Club. Ever vivacious and gregarious, Teddy deeply enjoyed time spent with family and friends. She was a consummate performer and an unabashed hugger & giver of advice. She felt privileged to have traveled to five of the seven continents: Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. As recently as 2018, Teddy maintained a regular annual schedule of attending Gold Star Mother’s Weekend in Washington, D.C., where Teddy & Bambi's beloved maternal grandmother, Grace Darling Seibold, originally founded the American Gold Star Mothers, Inc., just 17 days before Teddy was born. It does have cracking of surface as all dolls of this age. But, it is the best condition and example of this doll I have seen. I comes with an assortment of clothing and a fur piece. Don't overlook this doll. 2 Howard Miller Corner Lighted Curio Model 680-502-121B This lot includes 6 Glass Shelves and is 86" Tall 3 Antique China Cabinet 5' Tall x 40" Wide x 16" Deep It Has Some Veneer Damage on Front and Minor Scratches. 4 Set of Triangle Nesting Wooden Tables. The Tallest is 2' Tall and the Smallest is Heavily Scratched It appears to be an interesting mid century set. They are a bit shaky as pictured. But, the lot does come with some washers that were not put on it and should tighten it up when put in place. The measurements are 19" Tall x 24" Wide x 12" Deep 15 Small Sewing Screen or Jewelry Screen The screen is 34" Tall and each section is 14" Wide. Has Condition issues and a Tear in the Fabric. It has a nice bark cloth material. 16 Mersman Solid Wood Side Table It Has some Fading and Condition Issues on Top. Measurements are 23" Tall x 26" Wide x 14" Deep 17 Small, Handmade Solid Wood Bookshelf Measurements are 37" Tall x 40" Wide x 9" Deep 18 Mid Century Modern Chest of Drawers Has some Edge Wear. Top is loose and Can Not be Lifted from Top. Measurements are 42" Tall x 37" Wide x 19" Deep. The top could use an "L" bracket on inside or similar repair to really fix it. But, It only comes off if the item is lifted by top of it. It would be fine in a home put in place. This items matches lots 19 and 190. 19 Mid Century Modern Night Stand The Handle has Some Wear and Damage also the Bottom Shelf is Coming Loose. Measurements are 2' Tall x 24" Wide x 16" Deep. This items matches the lots 18 and 190. 20 Floor Lamp with Shade Marble Base with Damage to the Shade. 62" Tall 21 Vintage Mahogany Drop Leaf Tea Cart It Has Condition Issues and the Wheels have Damage. Measurements are 29" Tall x 37" Wide x 26" Deep. It has the typical rubber wheel damage from age and storage. 22 Padded Side Chair With Metal Tacks Has Threading Issues on the Corner. Van Sciver Company Mahogany Chest of Drawers This Piece has some Condition Issues with Heat, Water Damage, Scratches and Scuffs on the wood surfaces. Measurements are 50" Tall x 35" Wide x 20" Deep 30 Antique, Marble Top, Ladies Desk With Victorian Accents It has condition issues with scuffs, dings and scratches on the wood areas. It is scratched and scuffed fairly heavily on the outside. Doors open at same time. Back has some wood pealing at bottom and the top is separated a bit. 3ft tall, 22 inches wide, and 16 inches deep. Please note condition in images. 174 Victorian Style Arm Chair Yellow in color, warn in fabric, and scuffs on wood along with faded. Chair also has cat hair and stains. 40 inches tall. Has been used. 34 inches tall. 187 Wonderful, Vintage Limestone Bust of Young Male on Slate Stand, by Renowned Artist Elizabeth Hertz, Her Name is still on the crate! The seller believes it may be of a family member of Elizabeth's. We can make no guarantee of the that. But, it would make sense to us. A bolt is used to hold the head to the slate stand. It could use a little adhesive to secure it a bit tighter. The bust will sit fine on the stand without the bolt attached. Total height as shown is 14 inches. Comes with the vintage wood crate that is straw lined. No visual signatures or marking on the bust itself. It has a paper label that has since disintegrated to almost nothing.
