Welcome to JTH Auctions!
Please know that once you bid online, we aren't able to cancel your bid. All items are sold AS IS, and all sales are final, with NO REFUNDS.
All auction lots are subject to a 15% buyer's premium. We use a "soft close" auction, which means if you are bidding on an item and someone else makes a last minute bid, the auction will be extended for an additional time, allowing you to make a counter bid.
Maryland Sales Tax of 6% collected unless tax ID number is on file, please email or call to have your tax ID # entered BEFORE close of the auction.
PAYMENT
We will charge the credit card on file for payment of your purchases at the close of the auction.
We also will accept cash & cashier's check upon pickup of your purchased items, please message or call us if you wish to pay with cash BEFORE close of the auction.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE END OF THE DAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. BIDDERS WHO DO NOT PAY BY THIS DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE AUCTIONS. *Antique Furniture Shipping will be more than the cost of the item. All items will be labeled with shipping available, however if you're looking to buy any large items, please call or message us for a quote.
Large items will be shipped through our Antique Furniture Shippers
Smaller items will be shipped through UPS or USPS. *There will be a handling fee for shipping materials and time spent packaging your won lots. It will be added on to the shipping invoice. The fee will be per Bidders grouping of won lots, not each individual lot. Please call if you have any questions.
We do not ship: Firearms, Ammunition, Hazardous Materials, Dangerous Goods or Lithium Batteries - These items will need to be picked up.
Winning bidders have until Saturday April 10th at 3pm to email us pending shipping or pick up your items that have been paid for. All unclaimed items after that time will be forfeited with No Refunds.
