GENERAL STATEMENTS
Order of Auction: Tract #1 will be offered in E. & W. halves, & together; Tract #2 will be offered as one tract only. ‘19 Taxes: Will be prorated to day of closing. Minerals: Do not sell. Possession: Is to be given upon payment in full of the purchase price & transfer of title, at closing.
