Any item that is affixed in place is the responsibility of the buyer to uninstall. Removal of any item must be done in a safe manner that adheres to local and national safety and regulatory standards. Assume that all items are installed to "code" standard or above and will need proper removal. All disconnections must be capped or plugged to allow for safe operation after the item is removed.

El Mariachi shuttered it's doors several years ago and the building has been sold. The building will eventually be demolished to make way for a new building and as such we are liquidating the entire contents.
In addition, Allied IT has closed the business and will be liquidated completely.
