PENDING SALE! The owner has agreed to make some changes to the hardware and furniture store located in Surry Va. We are now offering rental spaces to different types of businesses that will hopefully fill up most of the hardware and furniture store space. The building once housed a hardware store and a furniture store with separate entrences and parking. The building should be divided into several separate businesses by auction date. The building is on county water and sewage with central HVAC. There are two rest rooms and ofice spaces for each section as well as storage and or work areas besides the warehouse. The building is centrally located between Richmond, Williamsburg, and the Tidewater areas. Rt. 10 and Rolfe Hwy. are the main roads into the City of Surry.
