JUST A FEW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS : We accept all credit cards except Amex we do not take checks and cash is king. If you purchase a large items you will be expected to have the muscle or at least have a friend who has muscles who can help you load your purchase. All sales are final, there are not refunds or exchanges and no exceptions this this rule. Make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing. The Estate driveway is for load purchases only. Please do not park in the driveway. Please park only on one side of the street facing the flow of traffic. We don's want anyone to to get a tickets or towed.

In the Cherry Hill Auction House Come out on Sunday June 5th to our Independence day auction. Auction will start at 1pm in the Cherry Hill Gallery Auction House. Buyers premiums are 13% with a 3% discount for cash or check. Checks must be pre-approved. This auction is full of items from model homes and estate clean outs where a onsite sale was not possible. Contents from over 10 different homes will be featured as well as some special consignments.
