It is the buyer's responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to each use of this site. By bidding you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this site and any revisions or changes thereof.
Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address.
Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on. An inspection period is offered or you may make an appointment to inspect by calling Jimmy at 870-723-9116
Most of the restaurant equipment, if not described to the contrary, was in operation when the restaurant closed approximately 2 years ago. Some items may be described "working condition or operating condition unknown" due to their being 44o volt and the current owner has never used them since purchasing them used. All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, etc. will be allowed.
Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item.
Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Shortly after the close of the auction, winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for their purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pay and pick up.
Payment: Although you are required to register with a credit card, we do not accept credit cards for payment. Pay with cash or good check at pick up.
Pay for your merchandise with cash or good check at pick up during the designated pick up time. No items will be released for pickup until paid for.
Buyer is responsible for removal and loading at buyer's expense. Bring your own help. No manpower is provided by Seller or Auctioneer.
We will have a fork lift or tractor with pallet forks on the front loader for load assist where necessary. Auctioneer assumes no responsibility for accidents or damage to merchandise.
Shipping: We do not ship.
