All items sell AS-IS with no warranties of any kind. All buyers understand that items remaining on the lot after the auction are being left at the owners risk and that Martin Auction Services, L.L.C. will not be responsible for their security, safety or location. All items are subject to bidder/ buyer verification- all buyers understand that any information given via catalog or verbal representation should be confirmed by the buyer and do not in any way constitute a warranty, guarantee or in any way hold the Auction Company liable for what they may or may not be. Buyers agree to accept that years, makes, models, serial number and hours are subject to their personal verification and descriptions are there to assist, not to guarantee the items specifics. All items are subject to a 5% buyers premium onsite and 8% online. All buyers agree and understand that loading/ un-loading will be performed as assistance only and is not included as part of normal service. Any damage to an item in the loading & unloading process will be considered the fault of the owner of the property and NOT Martin Auction Services, L.L.C. or its owners or its employees. All bidders/ buyers agree that they are liable for full payment of all items purchased on their buyers numbers. It is agreed that the Auctioneer will settle all disputes and his word will be final. All announcements made on auction day will take precedence over any previously printed or spoken data. Any item may be removed from the auction without notice. All buyers and sellers agree that if litigation occurs due to an unforseen issue, all litigation will take place in DeWitt County, Illinois. All items are subject to Illinois Sales tax of some sort. Typical sales tax is 6.25%. Those buyers with resale information should submit that information prior to the auction at bidder registration. All vehicles being sold will have a corrasponding title, there is a $50.00 documentation fee associated with every titled item. All State of Illinois laws will be followed with regard to how titles are filled in and issued. Please be prepared with a seperate check to pay any title and documentation fees for your purchases. All items remaining on site after 10 business days will be assessed a $10.00 per day storage fee. Any items remaining after 30 days, the buyer agrees that these items may be resold at the auction companies discretion. PLEASE PICK YOUR ITEMS UP AFTER YOU SETTLE FOR THEM.
