If a bid is placed within five minutes of the bidding deadline, the deadline will be extended by an additional five minutes. The five-minute extensions will continue until no bid is placed with five minutes of the bidding deadline. This auction is not contingent on or subject to the purchaser being able to obtain financing. Per the contract, 'time is of the essence'; the winning bidder should proceed to closing immediately upon being notified that their bid has been accepted. The closing must take place within 45 days of the date the online bidding ends.
