By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

*All items must be paid for in person at Willow Branch Auction Site
* All invoices not paid within 3 days will occur a 15% late fee. Invoices not paid by the 10th business day will be returned to inventory and bidder's file will be noted as a failure to pay.
* Shipping is available only on small lots. All larger items will be set for local pickup only and will be listed in the description. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail and will be calculated as such. Items requiring shipping can and will be charged an additional handling fee.
* If items from this auction requires shipping, a handling fee up to 15% can be added to the cost to ensure all items are packaged properly for shipment along with the USPS Priority Shipping Rate.
* Winning items will ONLY be picked up during times designated.
* For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
