If a bid on any item is received within three minutes of close, that item will automatically extend for three minutes. Each time there is bidding activity within the last three minutes of the item close bidding will continue to extend three minutes until there is no bidding activity within the last three minutes of the current close time. All assets are being sold in "As-Is, Where-Is" condition and with all faults. Neither the Seller nor Auctioneer makes any warranty, express or implied, as to the nature, quality, value or condition of any asset. Auctioneer and Seller expressly disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. The Nuespickels were longtime residents of their farm on Kenton Station Road and Louis was a collector of anything and everything related to farming, tools, railroad, washing machines, military, machine tools. Many museum quality items. This is one of the rarest and unusual ANTIQUES collections we have ever come accross. We are estimating 6-8 separate auctions from this estate.
