The name Weade has been synonymous with Real Estate and Auction sales
in South Central Ohio since 1956.
We have conducted more Real Estate Auction Sales in Washington C.H. and Fayette County than any other firm. We also sell real estate by private listing, and provide appraisal services with Ron Weade holding a General Appraiser Certification for Ohio.
Our Auction business is a full service business covering all facets of the business, handing you a net check at the conclusion of the sale. We have mailing lists, e-mail lists, advertising experience, internet marketing tools, online bidding, computer clerking equipment, and personnel to conduct a professional and successful sale. Weade, LLC also holds a federal firearms license allowing us to legally sell firearms via consignment auction.We can hold your sale “on site” or transfer to the Weade, LLC Auction Center. The auction center features:

Specializing in real estate at Auction, we have the experience and knowledge to sell the small rental home to large multi-parcel farms and commercial properties. At Weade’s, the Brokers are also the Auctioneers, so prospective buyers and sellers are always talking to the one that will conduct the sale. Real Estate and Auction Services are our full time job.
