We provide peace of mind for storage facility managers and owners.  We provide auction procedures services and conduct the auctions for surrounding local storage facilities.  We help your managers follow all legal requirements needed to auction a storage facility unit.  We check and recheck their paperwork for accuracy.  We also guarantee all motor vehicle titles. 

We have all new buyers register listing their email address so that we notify them of all upcoming auctions.  We run a tight, clean auction  We have the buyers sign a "Buyers Contract" tht contains all the auction rules and regulations.

We have a general guide for all auction procedures tht we provide to your facility managers.  Your managers will find the auction rocess flawless with no callacks or mistakes.  We assimilate your procedures with ours to create a team effort.  This provides a valuable service for your facility.  We are State Licensed Auctioneer trained in Self Storage Florida Lien Laws.  Our total concentration is on storage facilities.  My office is located in Holiday, Florida.  We keep all accounting paperwork on file for two years for information purposes. 

We also provide a webstie to advertise our auctions (Gotoauctions.com) under Stone's Auctioneer Services.  Our website will contain the auctioneer's licensenumber and business number and the auctioneer's cell phone and auctioneer's name.
