My name is Ken Murray and this is MMB Auctioneers.

I graduated from the Texas Auction Academy in October 2016 after retiring from the government in June 2016 with over 26 years of federal service.  My first career included 16 years with the US Army which I left in 1988 at the rank of SFC with a dual component commission with the Ready Reserves as 2LT.  During my service I was stationed at Ft. Hood, Ft. Polk, and Ft. Sill where I was a Drill Sergeant.  I was also stationed in Germany for 3 tours.  After leaving the service and returning to Brazoria County Texas, I started my second career in the automotive sales arena. My third career was back with the government where I worked for the Department of Treasury.  

I was born in Freeport Texas, grew up in Angleton Texas and graduated from Pearland Texas.  I have been married to my wonderful wife Patti for almost 20 years  and have 2 grown children, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandkids.

While I was growing up, I remember my Dad answering the phone "Murray's Mule Barn..." and have incorporated that memory into the name of my auction company.  We are your one stop shop for all auction services.  We want to be YOUR Estate and Liquidation Professionals.  Although our major concentration is on personal property, we have strategical business alliances with auctioneers of real estate, heavy equipment, automobiles and livestock.
