Company Information

Sara is a third-generation auctioneer with twelve years combined auction and marketing experience. She has completed her Auctioneer Certification at The Repperts Schools of Auctioneering. Sara graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, with a focus in promotions and advertising.  She is also a graduate of the Professional Ringman’s Institute and the 2012 Certified Auctioneer’s Institute (CAI) Rose Award winner.  This award is given to the CAI candidate that submits the best auction summary before completing the three year program.  The Rose Award is named after Sara’s grandfather, David Rose.

Sara was named the 2017 International Auctioneer Champion, Women's Division. She is also the 2014-2015 Florida Auctioneer Champion. Sara is also involved at the state level as the President of the Florida Auctioneers Association.

The Florida company's primary focus is real estate and golf course auctions. Throughout the company's history, some notable sales included $23 Million for multi-family units sold in Toledo, Ohio, $2.4 Million for a luxury home in Bloomfield, Michigan,  $2.8 Million for luxury home sites in Naples, Florida, and $2.1 Million for a golf course in Higgins Lake, Michigan.
