About Our Company
Pioneer Auction Service has been serving Mid-Michigan since 1989. Founded by Dick Clark, he successfully ran the company until 2002, when he decided to slow down and work as a contract auctioneer. In 2010 Dick's nephew Jason purchased the company. Jason had worked alongside Dick, as well as with various auction companies for the previous six years learning the industry. To whom it concerns,
This past spring my family and I lost my mother to the battle of cancer, which left behind a house and garage full of items we had really no idea what to do with. It was decided that we needed some help, so we met with a couple auction companies to see if that the way to go. This is how my brothers and I met Jason Clark and his wife Amanda with Pioneer Auction Services. After what ended up being a pleasant yet lengthy conversation it was no question that Jason's company was right for us. They explained everything well, there were no surprises, we signed the contract and off we go. After squeezing us in to an already busy schedule that fall, the process began. They careful went through every nook and cranny, box and bag, cupboard and cabinet, cleaned and organized everything and grouped things together for an online sale, two sales in fact! It by no means was "ok let's fill the dumpster" they made a sale from everything! Jason stayed in contact with me all through the process giving almost daily updates. The auctions closed out and things were leaving. After things were done the house and garage were left cleaned up and ready for the next step of being put up for sale. Very happy with that for sure. They settled up with us in a very timely manner after the dust settled. I highly recommend Jason with Pioneer Auction Services to help with your process of elimination. Great guy, great company, no doubt the right choice for us and I'm sure for you too.

The auction went smoothly and even with the large number of items on the sale, everything was sold by about 4 p.m.

I highly recommend Pioneer Auction Service for any type of auction or estate sale. My dad
passed away in November of 2021, I was faced with a challenge because I live out of state, I
was in need of someone to help me put together an estate sale to sell all my dad’s belongings
including the house and land. Pioneer Auction service was amazing, they literally did everything
for me. They cleaned out the house and prepared everything for the auction, they advertised
for the auction and as a result had a great turn out and was able to liquidate everything. They
also partnered with a real estate agent and were able to auction off my dad’s house the same
day. They were in constant communication with me during the sale. I can’t recommend this
company enough. They really helped me during a very hard time in my life and I’m grateful I
found them.
