The Estate Sales & Estate Auction Process
On-site sales can be held on your premises. These typically are held over a 2 to 3 day period and are conducted with a highly controlled approach. Items are organized and staged to spotlight the importance of each piece in order to bring the most value per item. This is a meticulous endeavor handled entirely by our knowledgeable staff.
We judiciously apprise ourselves of all laws and district regulations concerning the location of the site and work with the police and all governmental departments to facilitate an orderly sale. Directional signs are strategically placed throughout the community on the day of the auction and online directions will also be included in the Peachtree & Bennett online presentation. After The Estate Sale & Estate Auction
Because of our extensive buyer’s list our sales are well attended and virtually every item sells. However, we will not sell your merchandise below fair market value. Our policies regarding items that do not sell during the estate sale are flexible. They can be sold through our regular monthly auction or donated to charity either by you or through Peachtree & Bennett. Remaining items can also be sold on our own online Peachtree & Bennett Live Auction website.
