Served on NYS Auctioneers Association Board a few times.

1977 - Graduated Missouri Auction School.http://www.auctionschool.com/ at the age of 16.

1978 - opened new business, Dean D. Cummins Auctioneer.

1980 - Awarded NYS Rookie of the year. This was the first year NYS presented this award.

1980 - Received Real Estate License and joined the Cayuga County Association of Realtors, and the New York Stte and National Board of Realtors.

1983 - Became NYS Real Estate Broker.

1985 - Opened Sun Harvest Realty, Inc. and joined the Greater Syracuse Board of Realtors.
