Lot 14 Auctions is a 7,000 sq. ft. Auction house in Niles, about 3 miles north of Chicago specializing in dynamic consignment auctions partnering with non-profit organizations as a fundraiser and community builder. All of our auctions are now online auctions and we also offer Gala, estate and liquidation auction services.

Lot 14 is a full-service Chicagoland auction house, located where Skokie, Niles, and Chicago meet. We hold online consignment auctions every other Thursday starting at 5:00 p.m. Lot 14 accepts consignments on Fridays and Saturdays from 12-5. Our friendly, professional staff is also available for charity events, gala fundraisers, and estate and liquidation auctions. Contact us to discuss your event.
