Spaul-Ding Associates, LLC began operation in July 2005; however the founders of the organization have over 83 years of combined experience in the Real Estate and Auction business. Larry Spaulding and Doyle Dingman have been successfully marketing Real Estate & Personal Property at Public Auction and conventionally since 1978.
Larry and Doyle were inspired by and worked with Harold Dingman who began his successful auction career in 1939. The partners continue to carry on the legacy of integrity and customer satisfaction instilled by Harold.
Most recently, the partners at Spaul-Ding Associates, LLC have conducted in excess of 150 auctions annually and closed more than $7.5 million in conventional real estate transactions. The goal at Spaul-Ding Associates, LLC is to satisfy the needs of each and every seller we serve. Each partner is a licensed Michigan Real Estate Broker. In 2009, we expanded our market area and opened an office in Olivet. The Olivet Office is managed by Ben Hart and Rich Mattea. Ben and Rich each have over 30 years experience in the real estate profession.
We are currently members of the National, Michigan, and Battle Creek Area Associations of Realtors, as well as the National and Michigan Auctioneers Associations.
