Lead Auctioneer and Owner Nellie Beland, CAI/CES/CAGA, is an active member of the National Auctioneer's Association (NAA), Michigan State Auctioneer's Association (MSAA) and the Wisconsin Auctioneer's Association (WAA), where she has served several terms as a director and officer including the office of President in 2008. Beland is an approved instructor of the Wisconsin Auction Institute (WAI), teaching continuing education classes in Selling Real Estate at Auction for the Non-Broker.
Beland holds degrees and certificates from the Missouri Auction School in Kansas City, MO, Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana (CAI), Certified Appraiser's Guild of America in Dallas, Texas (CAGA), an associate's degree in Supervisory Management from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, and a Certified Estate Specialist (CES) designation from the Auction Marketing Institute (AMI). The company celebrated their 19th year in 2013, and is a strong advocate of promoting professionalism in the auction industry.
