BUYER HEREBY WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OF ANY TYPE AGAINST SELLER, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, PRESENTLY EXISTING OR HEREINAFTER ARISING, WHICH IN ANY WAY RELATE TO THE SALE, APPLICATION, OR OTHER USE OF THE ASSETS. BUYER HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SELLER FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES THAT IN ANY WAY ARISE OUT OF OR RELATE TO THE ASSETS FOLLOWING THE EXECUTION HEREOF. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR IN ANY MANNER RELATED TO THE SALE, APPLICATION, OR OTHER USE OF THE ASSETS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. PAYMENT: Full payment is to be made within 48 hours of the conclusion of this auction. Payment options are MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express (additional 4% processing fee) or wire transfer (additional $25 processing fee). No refunds. No charge backs. Checks must be mailed priority mail with tracking. Partial payments will not be accepted. Items will not be released until payment in full has been received and cleared. PICKUP: Items must be picked up within 7 days from auction date unless other arrangements have been made. Storage and/or relocation fees of $25 per day would accrue on any item left longer than that without prior arrangements.
