Kingsmill Resort 100 Kingsmill Resort Excess/Used Online Equipment Auction INFORMATION Please read carefully. By bidding on this auction you acknowledge the terms and conditions and fully understand the auction and pick up process. 1. All lots are sold in the as is condition. No warranties are expressed or implied. 2. The items in this auction are used, some were operating when parked, many can be used as parts or can be scrapped for salvage. 3. Payment can be made with credit card, certified bank check or wire transfer. Any invoice over $5000 can pay a non refundable deposit of 20% and the balance can be paid by certified bank check or wire transfer. No items can be removed until payment is made in full. 4. The will be a 2 day removal process. All removal times must be scheduled through our SignUpGenius app. Winning bidders will receive an invoice with instructions on how to pick up their items. Any lots not picked up on scheduled days will be deemed abandoned and will be disposed of. 5. Winning bidders are responsible for Coordinating the pick up with their shippers.
