Cash, credit card (everything except American Express), certified check, wire transfer or personal check/company checks if they are accompanied by a guarantee from your bank. No merchandise will be removed until complete settlement is made. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged to all item(s) selling. If items are not paid for by the following business day after the auction 777 Auction Company is given permission to charge the credit card on file which was provided to us to complete the transaction. SALES TAX: Local sales tax will be charged on every item sold. If you are tax exempt you MUST BRING a copy of your tax exemption permit or resale number and fill out a resale form or you will be charged sales tax. INSPECTION: Please email or call if you need more information, videos or pictures of items. Under special circumstances we can arrange preview by appointment only before the sale. REMOVAL & LOADING: All purchases must be paid for on the day of the auction or following business day. We will be open Monday & Tuesday from 9am - 4pm for pickup.
