Terms of the Auction 1. You must register to bid on items. Please have your license ready at registration. If you have reserved bidder number, you still must check-in at the cashier’s office. 2. Everything must be paid for today. 3. Sales tax is collected on every purchase unless you hold a valid tax resale number and have it on file with the cashier. 4. A 12% Buyer’s Premium is added to all purchases paid with cash. A 15% buyer’s premium is added to all purchases paid with credit cards. 5. No checks accepted over $100.00. 6. All sales are final. 7. All merchandise is sold as is, where is, without guarantees or warranties of any kind. 8. Plain clothes security personnel are present. Any person caught tampering with tags or stickers, rearranging merchandise or shoplifting will be prosecuted. 9. As soon as you become the winning bidder, you are responsible for the items purchased, even if you have not checked out yet. You are advised to guard against theft, loss and/or breakage. To avoid confusion and missed bids, please raise your bidder card so that it is clearly visible to the auctioneer. Associates of the auction house are eligible to bid on items held up tonight for auction. They must check out and pay for their items at the end of the evening. The auction house is not responsible for accidents in/on premises. Watch your step.
