PAYMENTS: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard ONLY. On SATURDAY morning, after the auction has closed, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the entire amount of your purchases. 2. BIDDING ERRORS: Be aware that many bidders increase their own bid in error. If that happens immediately contact Shumate for action. 3. STAGGERING CLOSE: This online auction will close multiple items per minute. If an item has active bidding when it comes up to close, that item will be skipped until there is no bidding for 3 minutes, then it will close.. SALES TAX: Virginia State Sales tax will be collected. If you are tax exempt, you must email (shumateauction@aol.com) or fax(540-359-6030) a copy of your ST-10 form PRIOR to auction closing. You can obtain a VA form online at www.tax.virginia.gov. State Tax will be applied if your signed tax exempt form is not on file. We cannot accept a verbal number. 7. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you bid $100, at checkout you will be chared $115 plus VA State Tax of .053%. 8. PAID RECEIPT: You will receive an emailed receipt for your purchases by 9AM on Saturday July 12, pickup day. If you do not receive a receipt contact Shumate Auctions, 540-229-7063 or shumateauction@aol.com. 9.
