Preview and Inspection time: Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday April 6th through April 8th, 2020 from 9 AM to 5 PM , or by special appointment. You can also visit the yard during regular business hours. All items are located at 3523 US Hwy 95 Homedale Idaho 83628. Loadout to happen Thursday and Friday April 9th and 10th, 2020, from 9 am to 5 pm, or by special appointment, at 3523 US Hwy 95 Homedale, Idaho 83628. Please call Rod 208-600-4533 if special load out arrangements need to be made. Payment of cash, credit card or check is accepted. ALL PAYMENT IS DUE AT LOAD OUT TIME, unless special arrangements have been made. There is an additional 3% fee for credit/debit card. A 4% buyer's premium will be charged. 6% Idaho sales tax will apply to all purchases. All items will go to the highest bidder. Rod Fivecoat Auctions,LLC reserves the right to notify third parties, credit bureaus, collection agencies, and others about bidder's fraudulent bidding or failure to pay invoices. All uncollected amounts will be turned over for collection. All purchased auction items must be removed within 7 days after the close of the auction. All items left over 15 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Rod Fivecoat Auctions, LLC. Purchaser must make prior arrangements with Rod Fivecoat Auctions, LLC if an item will not be removed within 7 days. All online buyers register to bid through Auction Time. A credit card authorization will be required at time of registration. The credit card will not be used for payment. An invoice will be emailed to you after the conclusion of an online auction with invoice total and any specific instructions necessary. By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the sale. Bidder agrees to comply with any additional terms or conditions associated with particular items. We encourage you to preview items or call with questions as we want you to be happy with your purchase! No returns are allowed. NO BIDS WILL BE REVERSED OR REMOVED. Titles are processed in accordance with the Idaho DMV. In state buyers: titled merchandise purchasers will recieve a 3 day permit and a bill of sale. New title will be mailed to you by the DMV. No sale shall be invalidated by reason or any defect of the lot or inaccuracy in any of the lots by reason of their being incorrectly described in the catalog or elsewhere and no liability shall be by the Auctioneers in respect of any such faults or errors. Catalogs have been prepared ONLY as a guide based on information from sources generally believed to be reliable and from the consignor, but the accuracy thereof cannot be guaranteed or warranted by the Auctioneers. BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT IS HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT ALL AUCTION ITEMS AND MAKE HIS OWN INQUIRIES. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and no bidder shall retract his bid.
