Mask Required, No Mask= No Entry

Gloves are encouraged and will be available for browsing

Many Hand Sanitizer stations will be placed though out the building

Currently we are working on securing a tent for the outside, please bring your own  chairs and maintain social distancing from other parties whenever possible No smoking under or near tent

If event is inside, chairs with be spaced accordingly and occupancy will be limited

In addition to normal bidder registration, everyone will be required to sign in

Food and Drink will not be available at this time

Auction will be subject to a short intermission to allow the staff to get some air

We will try to limit the amount of employee-customer interaction by “Corralling

" sold items as much as possible

Please use front door as Entrance Only and side as Exit Only

Children will be Prohibited at this Time

We will be open Friday Aug. 21st from 1-6pm, to allow from absentee bids

We will be opening preview up earlier at 3pm to ease in congestion

Lots will be numbered for easier Identification during auction, they do not depict sale order

We ask everyone respect the CDC guidelines and respect people’s personal space

Auction starts at 6:00pm, open for preview starting at 5:00pm

    Driver’s I.D. or other approved Photo I.D. required for bidder Registration.  Cash, New York State Check, or Credit cards accepted. 13% Buyer’s Premium, 3% discount for cash or check

    All items sold “as is, where is”, once items are sold they are winning bidders responsibility to secure. Removal is night of the auction or the following morning 9-10am (bring all your necessary help)
