All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. Items must be picked up by appointment at the estate location (address given to winning buyers on their invoices)
Lots close at 15 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots)
Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment should be made prior to pick up, there is no internet at the home and phone reception is spotty.
Pick Up Terms: All items need to be picked up by appointment during a 3 day period only. Appointments by contacting Big Al personally.
Special Warehouse Pickup: If you pre-arrange it and pay for the items prior, we can bring a limited amount of small items to the warehouse to be picked up the following weekdays (Mon-Thur) for $2 per box. If the lot says "pick up at house" we mean you have to pick it up at the house and we can not transport it to the warehouse.
Mailing: Yes, we can mail some items. We are not set up for shipping larger items (nothing over 24"). If you need shipping, you must pay for your items within 24 hours of the ending of the auction, then wait for us to send you special invoice with shipping charges. There is a $5 handling charge added to the shipping cost (what they charge us). Complicated orders, needing additional work, special boxes etc may cost additional. Shipping may take extra days for this particular auction due to location and transportation of items to warehouse.

From a full sized pool table, baby grand piano and grandfather clock to coins, stamps, LGB train set and kitchen items, this is an auction not to miss. Dr Goluban was a local emergency room doctor and well known Rotarian and World traveler. So many items that we are breaking tradition and having the pick up at the home in what most locals call the Fern Prairie area North of Camas. About 9.2 miles from the Hwy 14 and 192nd Ave exchange. We are still doing normal mailing and can bring smaller items to the warehouse for later pickup for a fee (read instructions).
SPECIAL NOTICE: There were too many large items to move it all to the warehouse so this will require the winning buyers to pick up items at the home (address to be given in winning invoices). This will be done by prior appointment over a 3 day time period due to the limited amount of parking. Smaller items can be picked up, for a fee ($2 per box), at the warehouse the following week, if prearranged.
We will have limited help at the house for moving items. Please bring your own "muscle" and maybe boxes and wrapping material.
