Payment & Shipping Details We prefer to take your credit card information over the phone to charge both the auction invoice and the shipping charges. We do not add the shipping to your invoice. We use Square to process credit cards. This information can be kept securely on file with us on the Square app - ask us how! It will streamline the shipping process. We ship using SpeeDee, FedEx, UPS or USPS. Ensure your address is correct on your invoice! If it comes back we will reship at your expense. We charge a minimum of $8.00 per package (NOT per lot!) for packaging supplies and time + actual shipping charges. For items requiring more packing material and time the handling will be higher. We have packaged thousands of items between our K-BID sales and our eBay store - we know what we're doing! We ensure everything is safely and securely packaged prior to sending it out. Please let us know ASAP if you want insurance. You will be charged what the carrier charges for this service. Southern Minnesota Auctions cannot be held responsible for items that have left our possession.

Due to our busy schedule, we cannot accomodate alternative pickup times. These items need to be picked up on the load out dates or (if shippable) you can pay for shipping.
