Picking up at the property after the scheduled load out times is not an option. Parking and space is limited, so please come during your selected time slot. All items will be packed up to ship from Nicollet by July 18, 2023. 2) Shipping will be a Minimun of $10 Handling + Actual Shipping Cost 3) We MUST have a current credit card from the buyer before items will be brought back to Nicollet. 4) If you would like to have your items brought back to our warehouse in Nicollet, MN for pickup at a later date the fees will be $20 for the first lot and $5 for additional lots. These items are located at a beautiful farm property and parking is limited. For this reason you will need to sign up for a removal time within the stated schedule. Removal is by appointment only. If you win on both auctions you only need to sign up for one removal time. Appointments can only be made online - we will not schedule appointments over the phone or via email. We will have a skidloader with forks onsite to assist in loadout. Some items, such as the Cast Iron Stove, will need to be brought out of the building by the buyer before we can load.
