When I receive the email from Apro, I check the list of approved bidders and you will be approved if you are on the list.
Do not click more than once. Multiple requests may be temporarily blocked if it interferes will my email.

LAST call for the acceptance of new registrations will be 6pm before the auction ends, no exceptions.

Typically I check for emails hourly during the work week and up to 6-7pm in the evenings. I will approve on the weekend but not as frequently and this may be toward the evening. 

Preview appointments will be available weekdays, May 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18.

Auction ends Tuesday, May 18 beginning at 7 PM, see individual lot for ending time. Bidding will extend for two minutes when a bid is placed within two minutes of closing.

• You must be at least 18 to bid and register a vehicle.
• All bids are final and may not be cancelled. 
• High bidders are responsible for all winning bids, including fees.
• The auction company reserves the right to accept and/or reject bids at their discretion.
• Please call our office if you are new to our auction and plan to bid on multiple vehicles at the same time.
• If you bid on multiple vehicles at the same time you may be blocked until you contact us.

• Appointments available Thurs., May 20 or Fri, May 21  from 8:30am - 3:30pm. A few appointments available Sat., May 22 from 9am-11am.
• We will confirm name(s) for documents, driver’s license, both physical and mailing address. 
• $50 a non-refundable deposit per vehicle will be required and credited with vehicle payment.
• All the documents will be prepped and ready to sign when you arrive at your appointment.
• The person whose name is going on the title MUST be present and they must present their ID.
• For vehicles being transported out of state, Washington state requires two forms of ID. Contact us to set this up.
• Chip enabled Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover with matching billing address, CVV Code and Expiration Date.

FEES on Titled Vehicles and Trailers

• $150 buyer's premium will be charged during your appointment
• Sales Tax 9.3%
• Tab and License Fees will be charged during your appointment
  These fees start at $134.25 and go up. Look under individual lot details for photo of fee description and estimate.
• Fees will NOT be shown on your emailed invoice.
